A new fitness – “SWOOP” (hooping) will be on the must-try list. A fun and fast calorie burning, body toning, core, cardio, co-ordinating and sweaty session held by Yoga Teacher and Therapist, Eva McArtney on Tuesday evenings at 5.30pm. $15/session – half hour sessions. Bookings required as there are limited hoops.
