At approx 7.50 last night (Wednesday), courtesy of the CCTV cameras, two adults were seen dumping at least 4 MDC rubbish bags in the Centre's skip bin. We have to pay to get the skip emptied and what used to be a monthly event, we now have to empty it every week which is getting costly. Surely the Council rubbish bags could be put out curbside or taken to the refuse centre. Nice dual cab vehicle. Please dump responsibly.
